How we collect personal data

We may collect personal data:

• directly from you when you complete a form on our website, contact us by email, telephone or post, request information, request a quotation, place an order, or request support, repair or calibration;
• when you meet us at exhibitions, conferences or trade shows and choose to share your details with us; 
• from your employer or colleagues in connection with a business enquiry, order, service request or other commercial matter; and
• from authorised distributors or representatives acting in connection with an enquiry, order, service matter or other business relationship involving PEM.

We may send business communications about PEM products, services, technical updates, events or company news where lawful. You can ask us to stop sending non-essential marketing communications at any time.

• authorised employees within PEM;
• IT, hosting, email, CRM, ERP and other service providers;
• delivery, courier, logistics and payment providers;
• professional advisers;
• authorised distributors or representatives, where needed to respond to an enquiry or provide local commercial, technical or after-sales support; and
• regulators, courts, law enforcement agencies or public authorities where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our rights.

International transfers

In some cases, we may share personal data with authorised distributors located outside the UK where this is necessary to deal with enquiries in the relevant territory.
