The European Union (EU) RoHS directive, 2011/65/EC aims to control the use of certain hazardous substances in the production of new electrical and electronic equipment (EEE). For the purpose of the directive, products are grouped into one of eleven categories. PEM products are considered part of Category 9 - Monitoring and Control Instruments.
Since July 2017 it has been a CE Marking requirement for Category 9 Products to meet the updated EU RoHS directive.
All PEM products are designed and manufactured to conform to the current RoHS standards and appropriate internal production controls are in place to maintain compliance. Products have been assessed in accordance with EN 50581.
