COVID19 Update


Following the new advice on 23rd March 2020 from the UK government on Covid-19, PEM’s factory is running at a reduced capacity to ensure that members of our team who need to isolate are isolating, those that can work at home are doing so, and everyone in our facility is working a safe distance apart.

In light of these changes:

  • New enquiries: If you have any sales or technical enquiries do not telephone direct, please contact us at info@pemuk.com we will always try and respond to you within 48 hours.
  • Existing orders: We are doing everything we can to maintain shipping dates for existing orders but inevitably some are falling behind. If you have a specific question about your order again please email info@pemuk.com and we will do our best to respond to you within 48 hours.
  • Please do not send any units in for repair / recalibration for the next two weeks. We apologise for this inconvenience, the system is struggling with inbound clearance at the present time which is in turn causing problems for PEM. We are trying to get this resolved quickly and will update you in due course.
  • NEW orders – presently our lead-time is seven (7) weeks from receipt of order, apologies for the long lead-time but PEM are being cautious about delivery dates at present due to the Coronavirus outbreak in the UK. As a result please note that our the despatch date is indicative only based on our present capacity. PEM Ltd has instigated a number of measures to ensure we maintain continuity of supply as mentioned above but the situation is changing on a daily basis. We will keep you up to date with any changes to despatch dates and we will contact you before shipping your order to check the status of you in bound operations.
